This functionality is optional, only shown in the main view of User client module when the application is configured for you to perform an activation process before accessing your account. However it is possible that the message with the activation code that was sent after registering successfully your account was accidentally deleted or that the code will be difficult to understand or ultimately the expiration time for this code expires. In either case you need to request a new activation code, which is done through this functionality. For this purpose you must press the Forgot activation code button, the following form is displayed:


In this form you must follow these steps:

  1. Type the username or email of your account on the site.
  2. Type the characters shown in the CAPTCHA security image. If you have a hard time understanding the characters shown in the CAPTCHA security image, you can request a new image by pressing the Refresh button highlighted next to the image. You can request as many images as you want.
  3. Press the Request button highlighted in the bottom of the popup.
  4. In case that you want to cancel the action you can press the Close button highlighted in the upper right corner or just click anywhere outside of the popup area.

After these steps, the application proceeds to generate a new activation code which will be sent to you via Email or SMS again. With this new code, you can successfully activate your account (See Activate account).
